Smoked oyster and trefoil (mitsuba) onigiri

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 4 smoked oysters
  • 1 bunch of mitsuba (Japanese wild parsley)
  • 200g of cooked white rice

Instructions

1. Chop the mitsuba into 5mm-wide pieces.

 

2. Mix the smoked oysters and chopped mitsuba with the cooked white rice, then shape the mixture into triangles.
