Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 4 smoked oysters
 - 1 bunch of mitsuba (Japanese wild parsley)
 - 200g of cooked white rice
 
Instructions
1. Chop the mitsuba into 5mm-wide pieces.
2. Mix the smoked oysters and chopped mitsuba with the cooked white rice, then shape the mixture into triangles.
